Terms of Service
These terms cover the Cycset website, the generator, and paid image credits.

The service
Cycset, operated by Zheng Zefeng, is a web tool that turns your product photos into a seven-image Amazon listing set (one MAIN packshot and six supporting frames). Delivery happens in your signed-in dashboard as downloadable files. There is no physical shipment.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and able to form a contract. You are responsible for the photos, notes, and prompts you submit, and for keeping your login safe. Do not share an account to bypass the free MAIN limit.
What you may generate
Use Cycset only to photograph products you are allowed to sell. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse, stop, or delete a job that breaks that policy or these terms.
Plans, packs, and credits
Prices are listed in USD on Pricing. A listing set uses seven image credits. Regenerating one slot uses one credit. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Pack credits last 12 months. Checkout, invoices, and applicable tax are handled by Creem as Merchant of Record. Failed generations that we mark as failed are refunded as credits where the product says so.
Free listing set
A signed-in account may generate one free listing set (MAIN plus six alts) on a first run, subject to network and account limits. Further sets require a plan or a pack.
Outputs
You keep the rights you already have in your product photos. Subject to those rights and these terms, you may use the generated listing images for your own Amazon (or other marketplace) listings. Images are AI-generated from your references; they can be imperfect. Review every frame before you publish. Cycset is not Amazon and does not guarantee catalog approval.
Availability
The generator depends on third-party models and storage. Jobs can fail, queue, or look different from a previous run. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Zheng Zefeng is not liable for lost listings, lost profits, or indirect damages, and total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days before the claim.
