Who we are

Cycset is operated by Zheng Zefeng as an individual. The service lives at https://cycset.com. Questions: support@cycset.com.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, and profile image if you sign in with Google or email.
• Product photos and notes you upload so we can generate listing frames.
• Generated images, prompts, and project status stored in your dashboard.
• Billing records: plan, remaining image credits, and payment identifiers from our Merchant of Record, Creem. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical logs: IP address (hashed where used for free-trial limits), browser type, and error reports needed to run the service.

How we use it

We use this data to create your listing set, keep you signed in, enforce the free listing-set limit, deliver paid credits, prevent abuse, and reply to support mail. We do not sell your photos or account list.

Who else sees it

• Image and language models we call to write shot lists and render frames. They receive the photos and prompts needed for that job.
• Object storage (Cloudflare R2) for uploads and finished frames.
• The database host that stores accounts and projects.
• Creem, which processes checkout, invoices, and tax as the seller of record. Their privacy terms apply to the payment session.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and a short-lived cookie to remember the last listing set. These are required for the product to work. We do not run advertising pixels.

How long we keep it

Projects stay until you delete them in the dashboard. Deleted sets remove database rows and then the stored files. Account and billing records stay as long as the account is open, or as long as tax and fraud rules require after a charge.

Your choices

You can delete a listing set, sign out, or email support@cycset.com to ask for account deletion or a copy of the data we hold. We will reply to the address on the account.

Children

Cycset is for adult sellers. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
